All instructors accredited with the World Tang Soo Do (Tang soo doh) Association, an international organization 150,000 members strong that fosters lifetime training and friendship. Instructors: K. Goodwin, 4th Degree Black with 25 years experience, S. Odero (3rd degree), and R. Johnson (2nd degree).
Whether you are 5 years or 50: Our team of experienced instructors can help you reach goals. Focus is on fitness, practical self-defense, and traditional martial arts training.

Positive, energetic, fun. Special focus on safety skills.
Youth (8ish and up) M/W 6-7PM; INT 6-7:30PM.
Enhance coordination, memory, self-control, and fitness. Skills to deal with bullies, strangers, & emergencies.
Teen and Adult M/W/F 6-7PM; INT 6-7:30PM; ADV 6-8PM.
Burn Calories, Reduce Stress, Improve Health, Practical Self Defense. Increase strength, flexibility, and performance at school or work.
